Assuming the Blue Jays enter Opening Day with a fully healthy rotation this is *MY GUESS* at how they line it up: Gausman Cease Ponce Berrios Yesavage/Lauer Reasoning: I think they're going to forecast ahead to that Dodgers series, and wanting their best arms going. By lining up Berrios to start the first game of the Rockies series he'd be on turn to start the final game of the White Sox series which precedes the Dodgers series, meaning they'd then have Trey/Lauer, Gausman, and Cease lined up to face LA. Another factor: The Yesavage/Lauer piggyback has a chance to be a bullpen burning type of day if just one of those guys has one long, extended inning. By slotting them in the 5th spot you ensure the next days starter is a workhorse in Gausman who can chew up innings if needed.
