Some situations leave us quite discouraged. Things that we know we don't deserve. And as we go through them multiple times, we end up wanting to close ourselves off. Focusing on what is positive helps us to be like that. And we really need more people who see the world this way.

Cultivating a healthy relationship with yourself is essential, and one way to get to know yourself better is to have experiences alone. Traveling alone, going to the movies or to a concert. If you have people to share it with, great! But if not, don't deprive yourself #BeFree

One aspect of self-worth is being able to perceive the value that others place on you. We shouldn't bend over backwards, fit in, or exert too much effort to make people notice us or like us. That should be something natural #FreeFreeWorld
