When it comes to the grave question of when to go to war, Trump and many in Congress continue to ignore the will of the majority of American voters. The American people do not want another war that could cost countless lives and drain multiple governments of scarce resources.

President Trump's decision to bomb Iran is a profoundly foolish act that brings America into a reckless Middle East war of Israel's choosing. Despite the horrors of the US wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, it seems that policymakers in Washington have learned absolutely nothing.
