So, what I take from that statement is that they already knew that was going to happen, didn't inform fans on the day, and only decided to apologize days later, after fans had already been asking for clarification. Also, they didn't even bother to write it in English, even though interfans were affected too, especially considering some had already paid for plane tickets and weren't even awake at the time of the ticket sales announcement. You know what's funny? That doesn't change the fact that when info about The Earth was released, they made multiple tweets about it. The first one was posted five days before ticket sales, and they kept posting until the day before. During those days, there were also two countdown tweets (as shown in the photos below). So in total, over five days (23–27), there were four tweets about ticket sales, plus the one announcing the start of sales, making it five tweets altogether. And what did we get? Just one tweet, 3 hours before sales. So you're telling me that for days nobody noticed anything? LMAO
