Ann Selzer might be right about Iowa after all. Itโs now tied going into election day. Women are outvoting men by 10%. If this continues through today till the end, Kamala Harris will win Iowa.

Update on noncitizen voting in Philly: Some are saying the location of the James OโKeefe reporting is a Philly Puerto Rican neighborhood. People born in Puerto Rico have rights of US citizenship but cannot vote in U.S. elections unless they live in U.S.
