Our Canadian Patent will be published within 2-3 months. The patent priority date is March 1, 2017. Therefore, the invention rights are protected in Canada starting this date. This is another step in protecting G3C Intellectual Property worldwide.

@BarbaraMcK42 @BarbaraMasel , you are correct, tires contain chemicals, which contaminate air, soil and water. Thrown in the landfill they deteriorate over decades and slowly release these chemicals into environment. Therefore, using crumb tires for playgrounds and stadiums is not safe either.
