2 years ago today GPN’s all women’s rocketry team went to Nationals in Washington DC for the first time, and placed 36th in the competition! 👩🏼‍🚀🌎🪐💫🚀

NASA renamed the street in front of its Washington headquarters to "Hidden Figures Way" on Wednesday. The new street name honors Katherine Johnson, Dorothy Vaughan and Mary Jackson whose contributions to the space program were featured in the book and movie "Hidden Figures."
