Been at the airport to pick up a guest since 13:0 am . In my personal experience and my observation, many of us get pissed or irritated by the staff from securiport s to the ministry of health yellow card people to the customs. Our airport is not welcoming at all and this is not good for a country that prides itself as the smiling coast of Africa. There is a saerious need for customer service/care training. Early morning rant.
