Was only able to muster atypical cells out of this lesion. But highly concerned this represents malignancy in a former smoker. Will plan to send off for lobectomy despite not getting diagnostic tissue from the case

Went after this lesion the other day with the Robot. Was able to get a diagnosis of lung cancer - now off to surgery for a resection.

Missed this guy despite nice airway leading right up to it and a decent radial image. Frustrated 😠

Went after this a few weeks ago. Check out that air bronchogram!! Robot failed me in the case, telling me I was 84mm away from where I was supposed to be. So instead I went old school and just ignored the robot guidance. Got close with anatomy and fluoro. Nailed it - NSCLC.

No answer on this one. Thought for sure would have been able to get an answer on this one. Was right on top of this lesion, unfortunately non-diagnostic at the end of the day. Will be sending to IR to help get an answer for this.

Struggled a few weeks ago with this one. Tried multiple tools (tbna, brush, forceps, cryo) and different angles, but unfortunately non-diagnostic bronchoscopy. Sent to IR and they nailed it (adeno), unfortunately also caused a pneumothorax and patient still in the hospital.

Was able to successfully get a diagnosis of NSCLC, stage and get them off for surgical resection.

Navigated to this lesion with the robot and get a great radial signal of the lesion in question. Dx: granuloma and saved a resection in a marginal candidate 🙂

Was able to get to this lesion (final dx: NSCLC) with a little help from the Robot and fluoroscopy. No PTX despite that nasty looking emphysema right next door.
