SHORT THREAD... ROADTRIPS ARE BETTER THAN TOYS IN 2026 My siblings & I were blessed to have been our father's kids. He went for uncountable road trips due to his work & he tagged us along on most of them We remember them fondly since we made deep, long lasting memories...

@Monty_Hasashi Horses... Horses forced men to wear trousers and it became a privilege attire since owning a horse wasn't cheap. We've never looked back

Men have always worn skirts throughout history. The Egyptians had shendyt, Greeks wore togas, Europeans wore kirtles, the Scottish folks still wear kilts and so on. Trousers became popular in the 19th century due to industrial work and a new perspective on masculinity and shit.
MethoDman@polo_kimanii

I think we should bring back the dresses specifically meant for men like the ones our ancestors wore. Trousers are too much work and very unconfortable.

Americans know how to build things? Engineering left that country years ago. Went elsewhere. They create patents these days and sell them to China who then build stuff. South Korea/Japan/Russia should be the names we're seeing.

@W_Asherah Patents is the reason why aviation, though "invented" in the US by the Wright bros never took off in US. They sued everyone who tried to make an aircraft... Meanwhile in Europe, aviation took off faster & better as observed in both world wars.

@W_Asherah It's good you're talking about patents... The likes of Shark tank have been the reason innovation has gone down in US. The 1st question Sharks ask is whether there's a patent? This is so that whoever designs something similar will have to cease & desist or share profits
