We’re still thinking about how incredible New Year’s Eve in @GSQBrampton was! ✨ From the first performances to the final countdown, the energy, music and sense of community made it a night Brampton won’t forget. Garden Square was filled with standout sets from @AlessiaCara, @_SofiaCamara_, @LeahHoltom, @DivineLightbody, DJ Chissmiss Cherry and host Jay Martin, creating an unforgettable atmosphere downtown. The night also delivered a meaningful hometown moment as Alessia Cara was officially inducted into the Brampton Arts Walk of Fame, recognizing her impact on music and her roots in the city. A huge thank you to our partners who helped make this celebration possible. Thank you to @Bell and @CAACentre for supporting the event, and to @TimHortons for presenting the midnight fireworks that capped off an unforgettable start to 2026. We rang the start of 2026 with energy, pride and a packed @gsqbrampton as we celebrated in the heart of the city! ✨    Residents gathered downtown for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve celebration featuring standout performances from global superstar and hometown talent @alessiacara alongside local artists, vibrant food vendors and a breathtaking midnight fireworks show presented by @TimHortons.    The night also celebrated Brampton’s cultural legacy, with Alessia Cara officially inducted into the Brampton Arts Walk of Fame, recognizing her remarkable career and deep roots in the community.    To support safe and accessible travel throughout the evening, @BramptonTransit delivered free New Year’s Eve service across all routes, helping residents move seamlessly across the city.    Thank you to everyone who joined us to make this celebration an unforgettable start to the year.    Wishing all of Brampton a healthy, happy and successful 2026!
