How is this what I ordered @TimHortons ? It literally says “with espresso infused cold foam “ .. there is no cold foam at all in or on top of this drink . Do employees just guess how to make drinks and give them to customers . I genuinely don’t understand it.

@TimHortons your location on thorold stone road in Niagara Falls sucks. Every morning the same thing, I get a TOASTED BAGEL and they give me this . A grilled bagel. Just pure laziness. They all cut corners. I did that exact job for 15 years, I know how it's supposed to be done.

@TimHortons I tried to connect with the Digital team but they couldn’t help. I did a mobile order for delivery at 2:40pm as I work from home and my lunch was at 315 for 30 mins. My order didn’t come until 3:41. And don’t get me started on my donut.

@TimHortons what is a “fountain beverage” supposed to consist of? I tried to get the team Canada fan meal for $8.87 and since you don’t have what I would typically consider a fountain drink, I thought your quenchers must be what you were talking about but it charged me $9.99

@TimHortons I ordered a steeped tea this morning at the Don mill/Lesmill location and it tasted like coffee. Used my points to pour it down the sink! Not impressed #donotlikecoffee #teadrinker #timhortonsdobetter
