@TimHortons I just came from the Tim Hortons at 257 Main Street East. I ordered 2 x Habanero Chicken Wrap. They got the order wrong & made bowls. The staffer that took my order apologized, but the one who made the order was dismissive and made a clumsy attempt to fix the order

@01CuriousGeorge @TimHortons I bought chili once at a Tim Horton's. It could only be described as chili flavoured soup. I brought it through the front door and poured it on the floor in their vestibule. Most satisfying chili I ever had and I NEVER go to Tim Horton's now.

Yesterday I decided to pop into @TimHortons for a coffee and I noticed that they’re doing a new a maple butter glazed donut called the Ryan's Signature Donut by @VancityReynolds so I thought I’d try one, then I notice a long hair covering most of the donuts on display! 🤮

How is this what I ordered @TimHortons ? It literally says “with espresso infused cold foam “ .. there is no cold foam at all in or on top of this drink . Do employees just guess how to make drinks and give them to customers . I genuinely don’t understand it.

@TimHortons your location on thorold stone road in Niagara Falls sucks. Every morning the same thing, I get a TOASTED BAGEL and they give me this . A grilled bagel. Just pure laziness. They all cut corners. I did that exact job for 15 years, I know how it's supposed to be done.

@TimHortons I tried to connect with the Digital team but they couldn’t help. I did a mobile order for delivery at 2:40pm as I work from home and my lunch was at 315 for 30 mins. My order didn’t come until 3:41. And don’t get me started on my donut.
