@Whimsicast I know I’ve asked this before but what format is this best in?

Tyranitar Stormfront Rogue/Bad Tyranitar is one of the coolest cards in the format, but it's not good. Alakazam forms a cool combo where you can cancel a PokePower and accelerate energy at the same time. This deck was already not great by 09 worlds and it's downhill from there
