@GdivReps How does the part about not influencing work? Surely the wording of the circular offers a very strong opinion and has influence.

Please also contact your rep either in person or via email to let us know your thoughts. We will all have our own opinions but it's important we don't try to influence yours although we will try to help you understand the offer if any parts are unclear.

@ERP1648 It’s not perfect, but I’m limited as to what I can do. DMs available, or contact via the attachment posted previously. I’ve spoken to a couple of shifts today and will make attempts to speak to more around work and family commitments.

@GdivReps Fair play for engaging this year and trying it out. No system is perfect but it’s pleasing to see.

@KiloPapaD11 There are issues around using police systems for this sort of thing. So it’s a no go I’m afraid. It also wouldn’t guarantee reaching everyone due to sickness, leave etc.

It's often the case that those with the strongest feelings are the ones who are heard but it's massively important that those who don't normally shout out loud also give feedback. As part of the consultation we will poll on here and the Facebook page to help gather opinion only.

@GdivReps If it's not then why not just be fully transparent? If it's there for all to see names and votes then there is no reason for anyone to moan complain or doubt Can you arrange for the fed to email this plan to ALL officers in PolSco. Not just a tweet to a few.

With regard to the pay offer, local reps will be engaging with officers to gain thoughts and opinions. Local reps are going to be given the opportunity to vote on this, so feedback is encouraged. For ex,my vote will be based on this feedback.

@GdivReps So we will never know if the concensus made any difference. You understand this is the issue with secrecy and lack of consultation. If 20 people say one thing and the vote shows all reps fall in line and vote another way its pointless. Im not saying that is the case but
