Prices in America are out of control “Why in the world are in-ground pools so expensive?” This is a real quote for a small 4.5 feet deep backyard pool. It has no deck, it comes up to the grass and nothing special. The quote was $162,382.56 “What am I missing? When did this happen?” I looked it up and prices like this, even for a small pool, are now common. Which is INSANE I also looked up historical pricing and found in 2016 a pool like this would have cost 25,000–$45,000 on average nationally

Miami trading for Kawhi would be the ultimate move that would turn the Heat into title favorites. The defensive lineup with Bam, Giannis, and Kawhi would arguably be one of the greatest in league's history. The Heat could potentially pull off the trade for Leonard, who is coming off a season in which he averaged a career-high in scoring. Leonard has one more year left on his contract with the LA Clippers, and is owed $50.3 million in it.
