@NicolaPartridg2 True fact I’m in a convalescent home! It’s bloody brilliant and the ladies know their stuff . It’s particularly important if your mum has complex needs .

Six months of care home fees are now circa £36k. And based on the level of “nursing” “care” my mother is receiving - and yes, I’m well aware of running costs - but a vast majorly of the so-called benefits and improvements they’ve listed my mother can’t use so 🤷♀️.

Update: A police spokesperson has confirmed that Max was kicked several times during the incident. Ryan, the dog handler, was set upon by around 15-20 youths. He was punched several times in the face. Police say when they arrived, the crowd ran off.
