@googledrive when are you guys going to fix the file sharing bug?i can't share/receive files unless i uninstall updates,have been experiencing and reporting this for months as are others i have talked to

@googledrive Hi. I can't for the life of me find an answer/genuine support. How do I close a pending support ticket? It's keeping me from recovering urgent files. I need file recovery request working again but I get "error loading workflow".

@googledrive I don't know why you changed the remove access to a file to force remove access to a parent folder, but it is causing LOTS of problems. Please change this back to allow removing from just one file or a subfolder and forcing removing from parent.

Also @googledrive if I manually navigate to a folder in the iOS app and then upload photos. The upload progress is shown. However, if I search for the folder name, then go into that folder, the upload progress is not shown.

@googledrive I have a friend with 2TB storage and I haven't got any storage. If my friend has provided a shared access to a folder why is it that my storage is being consumed? Could you please have an update to make the one who owns the folder the owner of files we upload.
