poison ivy was not written as a sexual predator because she is a villain, she was written that way so that men would love her. nonconsensual kissing was not a tool to establish moral depravity. it was a product of misogynistic writing that sexualized lack of consent.
He also couldn't lift a boulder to save a drowning child. Batman should remain human. If not by real world logic, then at least by not destroying suspension of disbelief.
