glad this is being challenged. i hate to be that person, but there really needs to be some accountability from both TPCI and the judge(s) who made this ruling. this is precedent setting and i hope firestar73 is successful.

@thaDifftcg @victryena In my head it seems feasible that the judge staff made a poor decision to rule Firestar’s celebration as unsportsmanlike conduct, and then somebody above the judge staff made a worse decision to penalize the unsportsmanlike conduct with a game loss.

@thaDifftcg @victryena Yeah, the decision to hand him a game loss as penalty came from above the stream judges according to Firestar. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that the judges weren’t involved *at all* in the ruling that his actions constituted unsportsmanlike conduct, right?

@thaDifftcg @victryena For example, if judge staff says “we rule these actions to be unsportsmanlike, we will issue a warning to the competitor”, can somebody on the tournament organizer staff say “actually, let’s hand a game loss instead for unsportsmanlike conduct in this instance”?

@thaDifftcg @victryena For what it’s worth he specifically mentioned that the two stream judges at the table were not involved in the decision. He didn’t say that no judges were involved. It’s still possible the call came from someone on the judging staff, just higher up than the stream judges.

Pediatric practice (25 years) no autism, no SIDS deaths. Over 10,000 kids over 25 years. The key difference: no vaccines given. If you know of a pediatric practice in the US with same statistics that DOES vaccinate, let me know the name of the practice. This is important.
