40 bases and 65,000 personnel. What is the point of USA having these bases that we pay for if we can't use them. These countries are not allies if they don't show up when we ask them to. Close our bases and cut off the money to any country that doesn't show up when we ask for assistance. NATO is BS and can't exist without us.
