It is wild how fast the DSA has become a mechanism for big, clumsy, ill-checked, but effective moves to sway public discourse about a conflict far outside the EU. It’s like watching Trump smash through norms and legal technicalities, right to the Realpolitik.

🚨 emerging scholars… consider applying to this fellowship! The 2nd best decision I ever made was probably to join ITS Rio as a fellow in 2015. It redefined my understanding of many things and shaped the kind of academic I wanted to be. And I made friends for life.
