@0xu9ur Tasks are not planned in Hesk. What you can do is create a support ticket with the task, and assign it to someone.

@HESKdotCOM In the new update, will I be able to assign tasks to anyone on the support team? I mean, I want to be able to assign tasks other than requests.

@tarpagad Staff can already do that. Enable it in Hesk admin panel > Settings > Help desk > Ticket Formatting (Staff): Rich text (HTML), and save changes.

@HESKdotCOM The ability to use rich text inside the editor would be appreciated. I suggest using QuillJs
