As a single mom of 2, Jessica knew her min. wage job wasn’t enough to provide for her family. With help from @WDB83Inc’s #HPOG program, including tuition & childcare assistance, she finished #LPN training from @LADeltaCC & now makes $16.50 an hour! go.usa.gov/xMqA4

While working as a contractor for @USArmy, Ali discovered a passion for healing others. Ali applied to @MissouriDSS’s #HPOG program for assistance & was able to complete the #RN program at @MCCKansasCity. He now works as a RN at @5StarSenior! go.usa.gov/xMq7z

Rosenda wanted to go back to school but struggled to find the confidence to do so. With the help of intensive case mgmt & personal counseling offered from @RogueCC’s #HPOG program, she completed #MA training and is now employed at @AsanteHS! go.usa.gov/xMqAr

#HPOG programs provide 360˚ of supportive services including tuition, housing, childcare assistance, and #collegereadiness training to ensure participants can focus on their training.

After overcoming addiction & homelessness, Rheannon was ready for change. She found the help she needed thru Turtle Mountain Community College’s #HPOG program, completed #CNA & #CMA II training, & is now working full-time! go.usa.gov/xMq76

Artincia received help from the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe‘s #HPOG program to complete #CNA training at @PCCpueblo & is nearing completion of #MA training at @SanJuanCollege! She’ll begin working as an MA at @swhealthsystem upon certification completion! go.usa.gov/xMq7f

As #HPOG 2.0 comes to a close at the end of this month, we’d like to take a moment to thank our grantees for the care & coordination by which they’ve administered their grants, & to congratulate all of our participants as they continue to pursue their #healthcare #careergoals.

Samuel lost his mother due to a lack of access to medical care, so when he came to the US, he decided to pursue his dream job: nursing. With help from @cankdeskacikana, he graduated w/ his #ADN from @Rasmussen & is currently studying for the #NCLEX. go.usa.gov/xMq7x #HPOG
