@erik_walsh Maybe try getting a printer from another brand. We personally recommend @Acer their products are top tier and also actually work and don’t just function as a fancy office table decoration

@HPsmartApp what is wrong with your login service? I cannot login and none of the support articles have fixed the issue. My printer is a fancy brick. Also, tried to open a ticket and that failed too.
