Jackson Ross, a 6-3, 215 LB from the Hammond School in Columbia is reporting an official football offer from Louisville. Ross is also con sidered a basketball prospect. Ross is a 2027 dual sport prospect.

James island senior Thomas Johnson finishes as national runner-up in 145 weight class at the NHSCA national championships...he earned all American status...his loss in finals was his 1st of 24-25 season...richard Springs of Fort D placed 8th at 126 to earn AA honors as well

Trailing 31 to 28 at the half, Lancaster rallied in the second half to defeat Wren High 61 to 57 in a hard-fought game for both teams. Lancaster will now face North Augusta in the AAAA boy's state finals later this week. Jordan Watford led the winners with 24 points.

The North Augusta boys have defeated Wilson High 55 to 44 in the Lower State AAAA finals. Daron Dunbar an Quh Webb led the Jackets with 15 and 14 points respectively.

The North Augusta Girls have won the AAAA Lower State badketball title with a 42 to 34 win over Lower Richland. The Jackets were led in scoring by Kenedi Wright an Celena Grant with 13 an 11 pts each

Powdersville has just defeated Christ Curch 58 to 57 to win the AAA upper state boys badketball championship at The Florence Civic Center. They will now challenge Keenan for the AAA state title next week in the same arena. Check out hssr.com for details.
