Lesson: If you are getting wasting time everyday and losing focus during work. Identify what is causing it and make strong self commitments to not do that thing in upcoming weeks. It worked for me maybe it helps you too.

For Past many months I tried a lot of things to stop myself from wasting my time but all of them didn't worked and I kept wasting my time. But recently I found a system that stops me from it and it is to make self commitments and reviewing them everyday and its working good 🙂.
