Amazing treatment at MPH A&E this afternoon. Triaged, x-rayed, seen by ortho physio and reg and backslabbed all in 11/2 hrs for fractured elbow after a tumble on a bike. Fabulous team👏 @SomersetFT

Earlier this week, the first ever same-day total hip replacement took place at Musgrove Park! Patients are assessed, operated on, and discharged from hospital on the same day. Nicer for patients, and increases capacity for more surgery 🙌 Find out more: bit.ly/3zQSizh
