Last week, the 58th Annual NFBA Building Expo came to Oklahoma City for the first time, boasting a busy floor plan of 160+ exhibiting companies. The energy from the expo hall is still going strong. Space selections for 2027 are already underway for NFBA’s return to Columbus, OH.

The robust exhibit hall experienced a 20% growth in participating organizations and displayed the latest titles, research resources, and poster sessions.

Hall-Erickson kicked off 2026 with the American Historical Association’s Annual Meeting, welcoming thousands of history educators of all grade levels from across the country to Chicago.

The HEI team gathered for a holiday lunch at Alter Brewing Company, enjoying good food and great company as we close out a very successful 2025. We wish a Happy and Healthy Holiday to all and hope you enjoy quality time with your families and those you hold dear.

Some of our out-of-state employees also used our annual volunteer day as a way to positively impact their local communities, like participating in the Adopt-a-Family program at The Catholic Church of St. Ann, Marietta, GA. This program serves to sponsor families in need. 🎁

Along with other volunteers in our group, we sorted, weighed, and packaged about 17,000 apples, which represented more than 8,500 lbs! How do you like them apples? 🍎 🍏 🍎 🍏

On December 11, a team from Hall-Erickson gathered for our annual volunteer day at the Northern Illinois Food Bank. The Northern Illinois Food Bank distributes more than 90 million meals among food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and feeding programs in our community

With 17% of first time exhibitors, the event continues to provide leading researchers from around the world with a diverse marketplace of high-end suppliers of equipment, supplies, and services for the development of new materials and processes for future innovation.

Last week, Hall-Erickson oversaw the bustling exhibit hall for the Fall meeting of the Materials Research Society at the Hynes Center in Boston.

More than 15,000 attendees have been registered so far, and the number continues to grow. Here’s to a successful #SC25.

SC25 opened this week to an exhibit hall of more than 550 exhibitors. This marks an all-time record for the conference, and includes a record for the largest net square footage of booth space used at an SC conference! 🎉

We are keeping the momentum going and are already preparing for next year! Exhibitors at AAIC25 have the opportunity to participate in onsite space selection for AAIC26 in London.

Highlights from the exhibit hall include 18 Product Theater presentations during the Conference and significant growth in exhibiting companies. The floor is packed!

AAIC25 – the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference – opened yesterday at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. AAIC is the world's largest forum for the dementia research community and this week, a record audience of more than 8,000 is in attendance!

The momentum continues for Safety 2026! Exhibiting companies are taking advantage of onsite space selection to plan their return next year.

Safety 2025 opened this week in Orlando, FL with the largest show floor to date! Companies are filling the expo hall with solutions, products, and services for attendees looking to better protect and enhance the health of their organizations.

The HEI team came together for a summer outing to celebrate Kelly Hohman who retired after 9 years of hard work and dedication to our success. Thank you Kelly!

The Philly Voices Pavilion showcased local authors, cartoonists, and illustrators, hosted by the Free Library of Philadelphia. All eyes are now turned to Chicago for next year’s conference and celebration of ALA’s 150th anniversary. Sure to be a blockbuster!

The exhibit floor saw great traffic and buzz as the show welcomed 145 first-time exhibitors! Over 140 sessions were presented on 9 live stages throughout the conference, and a new stage was debuted, “A Real Page-Turner.”

The ALA Annual Conference & Exhibition came to a close in Philadelphia on July 1st, closing out the biggest event since 2019 with increases in both exhibitors and attendees.
