@HamiltonBeach - What is up with your Customer Service? I filled out an online Warranty Request on 02/13/2022. At the same time I filled out a request for review from Amazon. I have yet to hear anything back from Hamilton Beach. I am also registered on your site #hamiltonbeach

@HamiltonBeach How can I get someone to answer me about a defective rice cooker that’s under warranty? Sent you 3 emails and got responses to the first 2 saying you’d contact me in 1-3 business days but I have heard NOTHING. Should I just never buy another Hamilton Beach product?
