Giving their homes to Jews through the One Million Plan to create a Jewish majority to make its ethnostate viable. It blocked the return home of non-Jews. They had no ethical reason to block the promised repatriation.

Jews immigration led to increased development leading to Arab immigration as well. Arab world does nothing for Pal refugees. Look at Lebanon and Kuwait for examples
