@PhilippBayer There's usually a bunch of additional codes they ask you to squirrel away which you can use to solve this problem. They're usually in your onepass/keepass/lastpass/security postit and they give these to you when you enroll in mfa

I’m currently in the US and can’t quite work out what’s going on back home. I do have an overwhelming urge to encourage my students to join me in shipping our clothing home and heading back with suitcases filled with toilet paper...2020 really is something else!
