@TeamYouTube did this work? I can't see any videos. Also I can't track these comments and replies. Any chance we could do this on email?

@TeamYouTube Our YT Channel has disappeared. We've been advised by Google to contact you to assign it to an escalations operations manager as we are working on a project with Google around the Hawking Doodle page. We tried submitting a recovery request but there was no response.

@TeamYouTube hi, no I don't think we transferred it, unless it was an automatic action. We certainly didn't manually delete it (to my knowledge) as that would be an action I would need to take. Unless anyone else has access? Can you check the admin email address? should be ben@ or admin@

@HawkingFound Just to confirm – did you recently transferred your channel to a brand account by mistake? If not, and your channel has been manually deleted from Advanced settings, we will not be able to recover it as its permanent action. Let us know.

@TeamYouTube just read a small bit about Brand Accounts - maybe that's what we should have? YT is underused in our social. We were hoping to share this video with Google - we are working with the team that created the page and doing an interview with the artist: google.com/doodles/stephe…

@TeamYouTube Hi, no, it just disappeared! I haven't tried to make any changes to the account, but that doesn't mean someone hasn't clicked on a link. I manage it as an admin ben@stephenhawkingfoundation.org and ben@glazierdesign.com. We do want to build up the presence.
