Johnston and Price scored great goals and were a major reason we won but my man of the match had to be Mowatt and think he really showed that we missed him vs Millwall. We thought Collyer could play his role but now I think they both have a role together. 3 points #wba boingboing

Very glad that the baggies are back but we must see a reaction in the team. I’m hoping that over the international break that the team hurt and are driven to put things right after what happened. Big performance and more importantly a positive result needed today #wba

Big week for the baggies this week. Two tough away games with Norwich and Millwall not easy places to go - but after three poor results I think we’re going to have to pick up a minimum of 4 points this week.

I think now that I’ve finally cooled down from Friday night - I think everyone before the game would’ve taken a point against Leicester. But with how the game went we get sucker punched again. 4 goals this season conceded in 90 min +. Late against derby in cup 2. Not sustainable

I’d like to see changes on Friday. Personally would bring in Alfie for GC, Iling-Jr for Wallace, Johnston for Diakite and move price central and I also think Heggebo needs a rest and Maja needs mins. Griffiths AG Nat Mepham Styles Molumby Mowatt SIJ Price MJ Maja

Please can we all get behind this. Our admin team were at the Sheffield Wednesday game and it was an awful day. Let’s support one of our own and a wonderful cause 💙🤍

@holderjaden2011 Whilst true - stats at Sheffield suggested he was better defensively than going forward. I believe Gilchrist is probably better than Campbell going forward however and would like to see him in his natural role

@HawthornsView I would go gilchrist for Campbell think he will offer more going forward maja to start he will get into scoring positions where has heggebo doesn’t and give collyer more minutes or what’s the point of bringing him here

I don’t think we should tweak too much before a tough away game at Boro. Personally I’d give Iling-Jr a start over Wallace, and potentially Diakite in midfield. I’d leave Campbell as I believe we need his defensive attributes more so away than at home. Thoughts?

As frustrating as it was for us not to get the result - we really weren’t as bad as some people making out to be. I think there were more than enough chances to win, particularly the one Mowatt clears off the line for Derby. It happens and we will win if we play like that. #wba

Big game. Big occasion. Hopefully this is the game we finally break our bad run against Derby and with the upcoming fixtures we’ve got, 3 points would be very much welcome. Come on you baggies… #wba

Last season the Derby game was the epitome of what was wrong at the club and it was a horrid performance. The cup game won’t be a fair reflection of them as a side due to how many changes. It’s gonna be tough, COYB!

Tomorrow is the next test for Masons New Baggies side. Bogey team and manager, massive occasion at home straight after the break. Can we handle the pressure of being favourites and expecting to perform. Wrexham away was tough, Stoke tougher but this is the toughest test yet!

We’re looking forward to what should be an amazing day out on Saturday - although we never seem to beat Derby! Special occasions like this though sometimes allow for something special to happen. 13 points wouldn’t be so bad…

Why do we persist Styles has to play in midfield just because he got a high rating in one game against Ireland and got an assist, and hence in the previous game against Stoke he still played very well with the highest defensive contributions in the game and second highest rating.

On reflection, we love how much our defence has transformed in one transfer window. We feel that - except styles who is great at this level anyway - we have upgraded in all of the positions and in all the cover. It’s a process but midfield next summer for me now #wba #baggies

I’d give it an 7.5/10 for me. A new number 2 and a RW would’ve made it a 10. We have a solid squad and a good manager we need to all be united like we were at Stoke the weekend and help the players get over the line. If we are in and around it come Jan I think we could do it.

Good window for me. I get the disappointment about not signing a Fellows replacement and his fee but that aside we have drastically improved the back line, dramatically reduced the wage bill, generated alot of revenue in sales all whilst easing our PSR and keeping spaces for Jan.

Big day for the Albion today. Looks like iling-junior will be coming in, good competition for styles and offers something different. We want that fellows replacement, could be a loan or a permanent transfer. With Devante Cole looking likely to go I imagine we want to improve him.

Key word of the window was character and we showed it in buckets today. Mepham to come in and start, Campbell to play RB against a tough customer in Thomas and the whole team to carry on till the end. The away end was the best for awhile too! Let’s get these last few in!
