She lived in Gaza’s Al-Zaytoun neighborhood but was displaced to the Al-Arqam school, where many displaced families like Doha’s had taken refuge. In April 2025, families had gathered for Eid al-Fitr holiday when Israel bombed the school killing three of her four children: Rital (13), Noor (10), and Osama (4). Her sister was also killed. Doha survived, but with devastating injuries.
