You donโ€™t have to eat the second you wake up btw Good music & passionate work is enough for energy & metabolic rate early morning + especially if fat loss is the goal โ€” no need to eat instantly Your cortisol SHOULD rise in the morning I usually have my first meal 3-4 hours after waking The difference between me and ketogenic bros however is: I DRINK MILK. During fat loss: chocolate milk first 4 hours after waking During BONE & muscle MASS gaining: 1-3 liters RAW MILK before first meal ๐Ÿฅ›๐Ÿฆด Full MASS gaining protocol (become Chad) releasing hopefully before I travel to Germany 31 March ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ No promisesโ€ฆ
