How can it NOT matter that our planet is boiling? Extreme heat and extreme weather events like flooding are causing unimaginable damage, stress, loss, disease and suffering for people. India is also witnessing ALL this and more. At such a time doesn’t it make SENSE to protect the systems that bring balance? That help mitigate temperature rise? To conserve what is remaining of our forests? If anything, keep adding more forest cover? Do we need our politicians to understand how India will descend into hell and become uninhabitable if we rob her of her forests? I hope not. This is a sincere urgent appeal to all Members of Rajya Sabha please #SaveIndianForests 🙏🏻🌳 Please vote AGAINST the Forest Conservation Amendment Bill 2023.
