If you are strong enough, ruthless enough, powerful enough, evil will overcome good.

After numerous rumors of MPs tabling an impeachment motion against President William Ruto, do you support the idea of his impeachment?

Caleb Amisi is a joker & a skimpy politician. Impeaching Ruto is practically impossible. Kenyans who are dissatisfied with this administration should meet him at the ballot box. Bringing an impeachment motion would only hand Ruto a victory in Parliament and further bolster his image as a shrewd politician who cannot be defeated. Hii Linda Mwananchi imejaa wakora tupu!

It is fascinating to watch Caleb Amisi who has been moving from one media station to the other relentlessly attacking Wamunyoro & every figure in the united opposition suddenly emerge, at the height of a highly contentious Finance Bill debate, calling for likes and retweets to initiate an impeachment process. After receiving the online engagement he sought, he then proceeded to ask lawyers to volunteer and spearhead the process. Since when did constitutional processes begin with social media metrics? Impeachment is a legal and parliamentary undertaking governed by clear constitutional provisions, not a popularity contest measured through likes, shares, and retweets. What is even more concerning is how quickly the national conversation has shifted. Instead of sustained scrutiny of the Finance Bill and its implications for ordinary citizens, attention is now being diverted to an impeachment campaign that appears politically unrealistic and by many accounts, dead on arrival. Predictably, anyone who questions this strategy is branded an NIS operative. I have one vote, just like every other Kenyan. I am not an influencer, nor do I expect anyone to adopt my views. Every citizen has the capacity to assess issues independently and determine what is right or wrong. Meanwhile, as sharp boys continues to play with your minds & political theatrics dominate public discourse, the Finance Bill continues its journey through Parliament na itapita mkizuba tu. Those promising an imminent presidential impeachment may be raising expectations that cannot be met within the current political realities. The risk is that citizens become distracted from the substantive policy debates that directly affect their lives. Anyway kama kawa Mimi Mlala hoii Sina maoni, Langu Jicho tu,, but I'll be here to remind some of you after kimewaramba. Mnafikiri Caleb Amisi ako opposition? Hii ni Maajabu ya Musa!!
