The transgender attorney who was tackled to the ground after getting into an argument with an Oklahoma judge has closed down their LGBTQ law firm. Rob Hopkins says Hopkins Law and Associates is closed down following the incident. "At this time, it is the right move for me to step away..." "We are closing our doors, but we would like to thank you all for your kindness, support, and most of all loyalty for the last 13 years!" the law firm announced on Facebook.

I am pleased to report that the language of a bill I have filed every year since 2021 (along with Rep. Josh Bray), has passed in the House. Kentuckians deserve access to nutritious, locally-sourced, affordable foods. There is no good reason that Kentucky’s regulations should be more strict than what is required at the federal level—whether it’s poultry production, eggs, milk, or any other agricultural product!
