My new japanese white duck ragu, i based it off of a japanese white bolognese i had in osaka during my trip earlier this year, felt there were some small improvements i could make to it and here we are, crispy bits of skin, soft braised duck, leek powder, and scallion curls

Definitly interested to see how the gibby changes shake things up, nice to see the big boy get some love
