ACIP has been disbanded. The government’s response to the AAP lawsuit and judge Murphey’s injunction is to disband and then recreate a new ACIP committee, as this will take less time than would be required to file and prosecute an appeal. There will be no action from the government to respond to the defamatory characterization of the former ACIP members.

The conversation around autism and vaccines is shifting on a public level, and the stories driving that shift all follow the same pattern. It starts the same for so many parents. They have well-baby visit at their pediatrician, then they get the MMR and varicella (or some other combination), and then the slow regression begins. Parents watch their children lose speech and motor skills and are left searching for answers that the medical establishment refuses to provide. The ask here is simple. Know what is going into your child's body. The vitamin K shot given at birth is not real vitamin K. It carries the biggest black box warning available, and it contains aluminum. Parents deserve to know that before they consent, not after. Nobody is asking for a debate. The facts exist for the safety of children and adults alike, and informed consent is not a radical idea. 🚨This is a historic moment for every person who has been told their COVID vaccine injury was not real. @React19org just successfully presented a proposal to the CDC's National Center for Health Statistics for the first dedicated ICD-10 diagnostic code for adverse effects of COVID-19 vaccines. The proposal has been approved to move forward. T50.B25x - Adverse effect of COVID-19 vaccines. Right now, no such code exists. Without it, these injuries cannot be properly tracked, studied, or treated at scale. Doctors have no standardized way to document what they are seeing. Patients have no clinical recognition of what happened to them. This code begins to change all of that. It creates a pathway for documentation, research, and ultimately better care for the injured. The proposal now enters a 60-day public comment period, with potential inclusion in the U.S. system as early as 2027. This victory came in the same week that the ACIP meeting, where vaccine-injured patients were finally prepared to be heard after five years of waiting, was abruptly cancelled following a partisan court ruling. Most people have never heard of Li-Fi. That may be about to change, and the implications are worth understanding before it arrives. 💡 Li-Fi, short for Light Fidelity, transmits internet data through LED light bulbs rather than radio waves. The bulb itself becomes the router, modulating on and off at speeds the human eye cannot detect to carry digital information to a receiver. In laboratory settings, Li-Fi has demonstrated speeds reaching hundreds of gigabits per second, far beyond what conventional Wi-Fi can deliver. The security case for it is real. Unlike radio signals that pass through walls and can be intercepted from outside a building, a Li-Fi signal is confined to the illuminated space. Hospitals, government facilities, and research labs all stand to benefit from a network that cannot physically leave the room. But the article raises a question worth thinking about. If Li-Fi becomes embedded in everyday lighting infrastructure, every overhead lamp, every streetlight, every vehicle headlight becomes a data transmission point. The lighting grid that already covers modern cities would double as a communications network. The environment itself would become programmable. What was sold as a narrow mercy for the terminally ill has expanded into a documented outcome for people struggling with poverty, disability, and mental illness. The United Nations has called on Canada to stop Track 2 of MAiD entirely, and Track 2 has not even been formally approved yet. In Peru, the Inter-American Court ruled for the first time that the state is accountable for a forced sterilization campaign carried out with the help of USAID decades ago, establishing that the right to health is inseparable from civil and political rights. On the surveillance front, an investigation found that footage captured by more than 7 million pairs of Meta smart glasses is being reviewed by contract workers in Kenya, who see everything from credit cards to text messages. According to a new NBC poll, only 26% of Americans view AI positively, giving it a net favorability of -20, lower than ICE, Donald Trump, Kamala Harris, and Stephen Colbert. Canada is on the verge of surpassing 100,000 assisted suicides. That number exceeds the country's entire World War II death toll. 🇨🇦 This is MAiD (Medical Assistance in Dying). Track 1 applies to those whose natural death is reasonably foreseeable. Track 2 is where it gets deeply troubling. Canada's own government website describes Track 2 to apply where a natural death is NOT reasonably foreseeable, leaving hospital bioethicists to determine whether a person has given "serious consideration" to other means of relieving their suffering. There is no clear standard. There is no defined boundary. It is, by design, a massive gray area. The United Nations has formally told Canada to stop Track 2 entirely. Mental health professionals, disability advocates, and medical groups are raising alarms about how poverty and lack of access to adequate care are shaping patients' decisions to choose death. Even doctors are saying something is inherently wrong here. Track 2 has not even been formally approved yet. The expansion it would bring is almost unimaginable. The medical system is supposed to protect the vulnerable. This is not that.

School lunches were always the obvious answer. When the early MAHA conversations turned to where real change could begin, where the most impact could happen fastest, everyone landed in the same place. Feed the kids differently, and you change everything downstream. The "Eat Real Food" campaign just launched, and the reframe it offers is pretty amazing. Stop treating children like they require a separate category of food altogether. Normalize what real food looks like in institutional settings and at home, and let that example do the work. The path forward runs through schools and through parents at the same time, with communities integrated in the process together, not one without the other. It's all in, and it's important enough to be.

🛑NEW: EPA officials with direct ties to the agrochemical industry met privately with Bayer's CEO in June 2025 to discuss the company's litigation strategy, labeling options for glyphosate, and its Supreme Court case. The meeting memo states that Bayer would "provide a small thanks" for updating the glyphosate web page and for work on MAHA. After that meeting, three things happened. The Trump administration filed a Supreme Court brief supporting Bayer. President Trump signed an executive order declaring domestic glyphosate production a national security priority. And the EPA approved Dicamba for two more years, despite two federal court rulings finding previous approvals unlawful. The EPA officials in that room were not neutral parties. One came directly from Corteva Agriscience. Another's general counsel role was signed onto the Bayer Supreme Court brief alongside three other attorneys with direct ties to the company. A third is the former director of the American Chemistry Council, of which Bayer is a member. Bayer spends over $9 million annually lobbying state and federal governments. The revolving door between industry and the agencies meant to regulate it is not a theory. It is documented, FOIA'd, and sitting right in front of us. 🚨NEW: California supplies nearly half of the vegetables and more than 75 percent of the fruits and nuts consumed in the United States. And a new study confirms that nearly 40 percent of its conventional produce is contaminated with PFAS forever chemicals. 🧪 Seventeen different PFAS pesticide residues were detected across 40 types of produce, including peaches, strawberries, plums, and grapes. Strawberries alone carried residues of ten separate forever chemicals. In many cases, individual pieces of fruit tested positive for four or more different PFAS pesticides at once. The fungicide fludioxonil, found on more than 90 percent of nectarines, plums, and peaches sampled, is an endocrine disruptor, a neurotoxin, and causes DNA damage. Regulators call it low risk, but the science tells a very different story. Governor Newsom has signed nothing. The California Department of Pesticide Regulation has imposed no restrictions. And the state currently registers and permits the use of 53 PFAS pesticides, with farms applying an average of 2.5 million pounds of them every year. MAHA has identified forever chemicals as a top priority. The urgency is real. The industries sold us a promise: both parents in the workplace, and they would handle the food. In some ways, it worked. But nearly 100 years later, there is nowhere left to go but back into our own kitchens. Cooking for your family is not a chore or a step backward. It is the most direct way to reclaim sovereignty over your health and the health of your children. That is why the movement toward homesteading keeps growing. And for those of us in cities, even the small, deliberate choices about what we prepare and what we put on the table count. "Vaccine litigation at the brink! A surge of cases threatens public health." That's the fear angle the media is running right now. 🙄 The spotlight is on vaccine injury like never before... and instead of covering the injured, they're busy selling you on the idea that liability protection for pharmaceutical companies is a GREAT idea. Their argument? That states have a responsibility to protect communities, and that "sometimes requires reasonable limits on individual choice." Not anymore. We don't want limits on individual choice to push injectable products that cause harm. The post-pandemic era has a different answer for that. The culture has changed. The people want reform. And no amount of fear-based media messaging is going to put that back in the bottle.

A federal judge (a Biden appointee notorious for being scolded by higher courts) just issued a stay blocking the effort to reform the childhood vaccine schedule... siding with the American Academy of Pediatrics, which sued to KEEP more vaccines on the childhood schedule "mandatory." In January, the CDC reduced the recommended childhood vaccination schedule from 17 to 11. That guidance is now on hold. The injunction stays the ACIP advisers' appointments and freezes any votes on further policy changes. And the @nytimes? Still calling vaccine injury "supposed" while @jeffereyjaxen documents that nearly 700 MILLION COVID shots were given with NO infrastructure to recognize, diagnose, or compensate the injured. A partisan judge. A pediatrics lobby. And a paper that runs cover for all of it. The pause is temporary. 🚨 Breaking today: a federal judge in Boston has blocked key parts of Secretary Kennedy’s effort to reform the childhood vaccine schedule, siding with the American Academy of Pediatrics and other medical groups who sued to stop the changes. In January, the CDC reduced the number of vaccines routinely recommended for children from 17 to 11, leaving decisions about flu, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, rotavirus, certain meningitis vaccines, and RSV to families and their doctors.  That guidance is now on hold. The injunction stays the ACIP advisers’ appointments and any votes on further policy changes, though it does not prevent the panel from holding its scheduled meeting this week.  This is the same judge (a Biden appointee) who wrote that HHS “removed all duly appointed members of ACIP and summarily replaced them without undertaking any of the rigorous screening that had been the hallmark of ACIP member selection for decades.”  The American Academy of Pediatrics…Suing to keep more vaccines on the mandatory schedule for children. The New York Times ran a piece on the upcoming ACIP meeting and COVID vaccine injuries. @JeffereyJaxen read it so you don't have to, and went through it point by point. The lead author has previously been forced to issue corrections after reporting that 900,000 children were hospitalized for COVID (the real number was 63,000) and that nearly 4,000 children died from a COVID-related condition when the actual figure was a fraction of that. This is the reporter the Times chose to cover vaccine injury science. The article's closing words on post-vaccine injury syndrome: "even less persuasive." Nearly 700 million COVID shots administered in the United States... with no infrastructure in place to recognize, diagnose, or compensate the injured.
