Hair loss isn't a character flaw. It's biology. Here is the clinical reality of Hair Longevity: 1️⃣ Mechanism: It’s about restarting dormant cycles, not just coating strands. 2️⃣ Measurement: Unlike telomeres, you can actually see density changes. Measurable = Fundable. 3️⃣ The Hype: Expect miracle serums. Demand controlled trials. Real biotech or just a wellness rabbit hole? Let's discuss. 👇 #HairLongevity #HillaryLinMD #FutureOfHealth

Oral health is systemic health. Gum disease is linked to heart disease, Alzheimer's, and chronic inflammation. Fix the order of your routine tonight. What step are you adding first?

Two things to throw out tonight: • Alcohol-based mouthwash (dries your mouth, bacteria thrive). • Toothpaste with sodium lauryl sulfate (causes mouth sores). That CVS mouthwash is doing more harm than good.

You're doing your oral hygiene in the wrong order. Brushing first destroys your enamel and leaves bad bacteria behind. Oral longevity specialist @drjonlevine of @smilehousetribeca broke down the exact 5-step protocol. 🧵

Every AI company is racing to build the best health dashboard. @perplexity_ai now connects wearables, labs, and medical records in one place. That's five major consumer AI health products launched in three months. But a dashboard that flags your rising Lp(a) or declining DHEA-S without connecting you to a physician who'll actually act on it isn't healthcare. It's a sophisticated anxiety generator. The real product gap in 2026 isn't health intelligence. It's health action: prescribing, monitoring, adjusting. Especially for preventive and off-label interventions where most doctors won't go. Someone will close that loop. That's the company worth watching. I wrote about this pattern last week when @Copilot launched their health product. The question isn't which AI is smartest. It's which one has a doctor on the other end. x.com/agingroy/statu…

Stop viewing imaging strictly as a "sick care" diagnostic. It is high-fidelity data infrastructure for your own body. Would you get a Whole Body MRI for your baseline, or does the data seem like overkill? Let me know below.

A standard 1.5T magnet sees the body differently than a high-powered 3T magnet. Modern AI protocols drastically filter the noise. Most importantly: a radiologist trained in longevity biomarkers will read a scan very differently than a generalist looking for late-stage disease.

1/6 Whole Body MRIs are getting a lot of hate right now. But the critics are missing the point. If you view an MRI as a pass/fail "cancer screening," you’ll be disappointed. We’re forcing 2026 tech into a 1990s sick-care box. A breakdown of what WB MRIs actually do 🧵👇

That's the 2026 I'm betting on. Less hype, more data, fewer influencer protocols treated as clinical evidence. What red flags are you seeing?

This isn't anti-innovation. I want this field to win. But it won't win by out-marketing pharma. It wins by out-evidencing them.

1/5 Hot take from someone who reviews longevity protocols for a living: most of them are vibes with a lab coat. 🧵

I'm not saying GLP-1s are magic. The long-term data is still coming in.But fixing chronic inflammation and your metabolic foundation is a true longevity solution. The $1000 stack comes second.
