Day 1 of District - Prelims I finally got sub 50 in the 400m! 🙏🏾 New PR’s: 400m: 49.59 Long Jump: 21ft 2.25in (6.45m) Now on Day 2, I’m competing in the open 400m, 4x200m & the 4x400m Relay Finals.
