Our 'Outside the Asylum' display is situated outside the museum's entrance doors. You can find out about some of the people who were admitted to the asylum, and view artefacts once hidden in our collection which help to build a picture of their lives as patients. #HistPsych

@HistorywithJC Dear Jessica, Did you ever accesss that copy of the The World ? I managed to find 1 on Ebay but it remains vanishingly rare. The Bethlem Mus of the Mind has one. What was your subject of your thesis? I have another piece coming out in the Summer about Dadd's Flight out Of Egypt
