And that’s part of it. Look at baseball. A .300 hitter is considered elite, Hall of Fame level. That means failing 7 out of 10 times… and still being one of the best in the world. That’s the game. If we hit just 1 out of 10 goals, but that one connects in a big way, it can change everything. That one win can outweigh all the misses, all the setbacks, all the lessons it took to get there. So we keep setting goals. We keep pushing. We stay in it. But more than anything, we learn to love the process. The work. The growth. The grind.
