It’s now Nov 2025 — over 2 years without use. I’ve had to maintain and monitor it weekly to prevent damage. This has been exhausting and disappointing. I truly hope @HotSpringSpas can help bring this to a resolution.

@HotSpringSpas I own a Grandee NXT @HotSpringSpas hot tub (2017 model, installed 2018). It’s been non-functional since Sept 2023 — it shuts down every time I run it. Despite countless follow-ups, repairs, and dealer changes, it’s still not usable.

Oasis Spa (original dealer) delayed service, then I learned they were no longer authorized. Urban Pool & Spa later diagnosed a light system issue. In July 2025, I contacted Prestige Pool & Spa — their support has been wonderful, but my tub still doesnt work

@HotSpringSpas very disappointed in my new hot tub. The jets are not what I would have expected with a new hot tub. With out decent jets it’s just a big bath tub

@HotSpringSpas in under 2 yrs I’ve had a broken pump, leaking heater and jets that look like this and have been replaced twice.

@HotSpringSpas Need help! My heater is not working all of a sudden. I noticed the green light was off (not blinking). I checked the temp and it was set for 102 but the actual spa temp as 98 degrees. Any suggestions?
