Hub employees demonstrated how to pivot, then took a free throw. Protect your back avoid twisting motions. Use your feet to change direction when moving a package to the next surface, by pivoting or stepping. Cold waters & healthy snacks were available.

How much water is needed to be consumed every hour to stay hydrated? 1-2 16oz water bottles totaling 16-32 oz an hour. in a 4 hour sort water consumed can range from 1/2 to 1 gallon of water. Cold water & Healthy Snacks were available to employees to start the sort off hydrated.

Employees were asked to choose which foot position is preferred when preparing to lift (A, b, or c). Start with a stable stance, positioning your feet shoulder width apart, with one foot slightly forward. Quality demos, cold water & healthy snacks were available.

Twilight employees took turns clearing the putting green’s egress before playing a quick hole of mini golf. Be sure to maintain a clear walk path to an exit, through an exit, and away from an exit. Fresh fruits & chilled drinks were available for employees.

Day sort employees were greeted with fresh watermelon to start the sort hydrated. Help yourself recharge, by eating your hydration & drinking fluids.

This Wellness Wednesday CHEMA hub employees were reminded that you can Recharge by eating your hydration as well as drinking fluids. The hydration station included waters & fresh cut delicious watermelon that were available to employees to start the sort hydrated.

Struck By Struck Against – GRAB THE GREEN. Twilight employees were asked to demonstrate safe hand placement on a bulk cart. Be sure to grab the green to avoid the pinch. Healthy snacks and water were available.

FREEZE POP HYDRATION STATION – Beat the heat. Last Thursday 7/6 the Twilight handed out Freeze pops and talked about hydration tips. The Hydration station consisted of ice-cold freeze pops and waters to start the sort off cool + hydrated.

Watermelon mania in the Chelmsford Hub!! Another dose of wellness while handing out slabs of succulent watermelon to employees as they arrive to work. All while educating employees on the importance of being properly hydrated BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER work hours. 6-30-23

This Wellness Watermelon Wednesday the Twilight ate their hydration. The Hydration station consisted of fresh cut delicious watermelon, freeze pops, cooling towels, and water were available for employees to start the sort off cool & hydrated.

Wellness Wednesday – Watermelon Hydration This Wellness Wednesday the Twilight ate their hydration upon arrival. Fresh cut & delicious watermelon was available to employees to start the sort off hydrated.

Twilight employees were encouraged to scan & maintain a clear walk path. Be sure not to not step over packages by clearing any obstructions. Common hazards were gathered and discussed with employees as they started the day. Water & fresh fruit were enjoyed by all who stopped by.

Twilight employees learned about the positive health effects of Bananas. Having a great deal of potassium, magnesium, and phosphorous. 3 types of electrolytes. Can improve digestion, support bone health, reduce bloating, supports eye health. Bananas & water were enjoyed by all.

Twilight employees were greeted with a wellness message of eating your hydration. Fresh Watermelon was enjoyed by all.

Twilight employees were asked to test for shifting contents then guess the correct number of objects within. Congratulations to our winner Gerry, guessing exactly 8 objects. Healthy snacks & water were available.

Wellness Wednesday: Nature & Mental Health Being in nature or doing activities in nature has been shown to reduce levels of anxiety, stress, and depression. Twilight employees listed outdoor activities that they enjoy. Snacks & water were available for participants.

Twilight employees were asked, how much water should you drink per hour to stay hydrated? Be sure to drink 16-32 oz of water an hour to keep up with hydration. Healthy snacks, water, and freeze pops were available for participants.

On Thursday, Twilight employees were asked to show how they hydrate. A recharge raffle was held, winners received a T-Shirt. Congrats to John & Antonio pictured below. Healthy snacks & water was available for participants.

Twilight employees viewed the putting green and noticed a package blocking the balls path. Employees removed the package to maintain a good putting path. Healthy Fruit was available for participants.

Twilight employees were asked to show pinch points that are on a bulk cart. Employees then demonstrated proper hand placement by using the handrails to grab the green. Fresh fruit and water were available for participants.
