The most used feature of #HuddoBoards... [drum roll] the color label ✨ YES, the humble colour label aids in prioritisation, gives users progress updates, adds #task content, and enables better filtering, & #project reporting. Unlimited colours for unlimited uses ♥️🧡💛💚💙💜

Let's look at a process from our last post... Voting! ☑️ INTERNAL, use assignments as votes. More profiles = more votes & reorder them. Simple. 👍 EXTERNAL, add votes as subcards. See the count on #Kanban card overview & reorder them. Simple 💯 Then add an 'IMPORTANT' 🔴 label

How do we use the app at #HuddoBoards? INFO CAPTURE & PRIORITY Craig is documenting qualitative data from new user interviews in #Kanban, using descriptions for note-taking, comments for summaries, sub-cards to log interviewee names, and title numbering & labels for priority.

A new year often means #NewYearsResolutions! I thought I would put my money where my mouth is & write down what I want to achieve in 2025, with both work & personal #objectives I will use #HuddoBoards to breakdown objectives, set dates, document notes & track progress HERE GOES

#Projects are like onions Even unsurmountable projects can be broken down into smaller steps & big dragon #tasks can be gently brought to submission with something as simple as teamwork. ☑️ Stay up late ☑️ Swap manly stories ☑️ Make waffles "that will do Donkey, that will do!"

Let's see how we stitched this #project together! Colour Labels, Due Dates, Linking to a Board, #Task Dependencies & most importantly setting images as Card Themes. Who said projects can't have personalities? No monster or ghost was hurt making this project! 🧟‍♂️ #HappyHalloween

We've renamed 'ENTRY' to 'NOTE'. So, lets talk Cards... #TASK = an action or #todo. Tickboxes to mark as completed. NOTE = purely info. No todo or need to complete. BOARD = a card that links to another #project. Don't forget you an also change a TASK to a NOTE & vice versa ✨☑️
