Porteous class have been hands on learning about different rocks and their properties.

In English, based on our new book ‘Man on the Moon (a day in the life of Bob), Bannerman were putting the events of Bob’s day into chronological order.

Today in maths, Year 1 were using tens and ones to make teen numbers.

Porteous class have been eager to start their new English text today. We started by exploring the first chapter and identifying nouns and verbs throughout.

Hunton had a wonderful Christmassy day yesterday! It was Christmas jumper day, Elfridges pop up shop and Christmas dinner. We all had a lovely time.

Devas spent the afternoon spreading Christmas joy to local residents. We hope they enjoy their biscuits!

Devas and Bannerman performed their dress rehearsal for our Nativity ‘Away in a Manger.’ They were fantastic and we can’t wait for our performance tomorrow to our families!

Bannerman had a lovely Christmas story this afternoon, read by Mrs Makey.

Today these Year 6s represented Hunton in a maths challenge at Invicta Grammar School. Well done!

Roll up! Rollup! Our Christmas Fayre starts this afternoon. Even Father Christmas might pop in!
