Congrats to @RuthJayden5 who won the 200m dash at the SPC Championship last night! Jayden also took 3rd in the 55m, 3rd in Long Jump, and was the 3rd leg of our 2nd place 4x400m relay. Incredible night for this super Sophomore!

Congrats to @OwenHoreni who went 4:20 while winning the 1600m run last night at the SPC Championship. Owen was coming off a controlled 1:55 SPC record 800 time. He also split an FAT 49.64 in the 4x400 anchoring the relay from 3rd to almost winning in a photo finish 2nd place.

Congrats to Evan Fals for setting the school indoor record in pole vault going 13’8.75” while taking 3rd place in the SPC Indoor Championship!

Incredible SPC Indoor Meet by @Aiden_Kolk who won high jump in 6’4, took 2nd in the 55m hurdles with a school record time of 7.72, placed 7th in the 400m, and led off our 2nd place 4x400m relay! Also our 4th fastest indoor 4x4 time in school history!
