@lalasjournal Also putting your feet up against a wall helps with the bloating, doing baby yoga poses also helps digestion (like laying on your back and hugging your legs)

@lalasjournal The next day after a binge I will eat chia seed pudding since it has good amount of fibre to get the shit moving, remember to soak the chia seeds and also drink alot of water

I told my therapist about my binging (which I've never mentioned) and she was so proud that I told her🥹 She's telling me to keep a record of everytime I felt like binging, if I did what did I binge, what triggered it Next week we're gonna focus on that and she's going to help me
